Terms and Conditions

The Bursary

• If a bursary is accepted you agree to allow British School of Coaching to share your experiences of the programme with others. This will take the form of a case study to be published in professional literature, website, etc. Please ask if further details are required.

Payment Details

• To secure a place on the course a deposit of 25% of the full amount is payable at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required at least 3 weeks prior to the commencement of the course. All course materials remain the property of the British School of Coaching until full payment has been received.

Methods of Payment

BSC offers various ways to pay:

• cheque made payable to The British School of Coaching
• by direct bank transfer, please ask for details, or
• by credit or debit card – although we reluctantly have to pass on the additional charges made by the banks and will add 2½% to the total.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your place on a training programme within 12 weeks of the scheduled commencement of the course, you will be liable for full fees.

Change of Date

• If you seek to move your booking to the next course this is subject to availability and will result in an administration charge of £250.

Programme

• This programme includes learning materials, ILM registration, marking and internally verification of assessments, supervision sessions and taught sessions.

PLEASE NOTE: Programme fee does not include any overnight accommodation or travel.

Registration & Support

• All candidates are registered with ILM for up to 3 years.
• Support is provided through a variety of mechanisms including one to one sessions, telephone and email support. This is available for 12 months from the first taught day.

Attendance

• It is mandatory that candidates attend all taught days of the programme.

All course dates are provisional and British School of Coaching reserve the right, where circumstances require, to change the date. Candidates will be offered alternative dates.
