About Us

The British School of Coaching was launched in November 2005 with the aim of servicing a growing interest in business leadership development within organisations throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East.  We equally understood also, that with the growth of internet coaching courses by various and sometimes circumspect individuals and organisations, it was important to provide courses that not only had substance but had value in terms of accreditation.

With that goal in mind, The British School of Coaching formulated a range of accredited coaching and training courses for those managers wishing to develop coaching as a management style. These over the years have been appreciated all over the world by many hundreds of individuals, businesses and organisations.  The very knowledge that our training courses are accredited ensures our clients receive not only valuable experience and skills, but understand that those skills are backed by formal accreditation and are recognised in industry.

Proactive Public & Voluntary organisations, alongside private businesses, understand the need to invest in staff training, mentoring and coaching.  It is these dynamic organisations that know by providing good quality training and support at all levels, they will help improve service levels, increase staff retention, gain better performance and ultimately greater productivity.  Leadership development through Coaching and Mentoring also offers a proactive method of managing change within increasingly competitive and pressurised work environments.

Focussing on human and organisational development, we enable clients to maximise the potential of their teams for individual growth and the fulfilment of business objectives. We also offer an advice and referral service to organisations looking to appoint accredited Coaches with a proven track record on delivery.

In todays ever changing business environment, the British School of Coaching offers the opportunity for organisations to shape their future rather than simply manage their present.
