Mindfulness in Action

We would like to invite you to join us in 30 days of mindfulness.  We will help to guide you towards trying out spontaneous mindfulness, hopefully by the end of the 30 days you will decide to make it a permanent part of your daily life. Practicing mindfulness offers you many benefits for your mind and body that you will learn. If you are looking for a way to help you to deal with the stresses of daily life of living in this fast paced world, then this may be just the tool you need to help you to de-stress. Trying it for 30 days will allow you some time to get a sense of what type of effect mindfulness is having on you.

What happens when I sign up?

Signing up simply means you will receive an email each day from the 20th November to the 20th December. This email will have either a technique, idea to consider or some information about how to bring mindfulness into your everyday life.
