Coaching approaches for HR/L&D/OD Professionals

An interactive 1 hour session to support HR/L&D/OD professionals in their understanding of how coaching approaches can potentially impact their level of influence and effectiveness in their role of aligning with and supporting the business in general and line managers in particular.

This webinar is for HR/L&D/OD Professionals who wish to develop a coaching style of interaction with the business and line managers or those who already have coaching experience and are looking for ways of extending its application across their organisations.

At the end of this webinar, participants will:

John Macdonald
John has over 20 years experience in people management and development. With his varied roles in HR as Director & VP for various large corporates, he has coached, mentored and is a facilitator for various training programmes in the Middle East. John provides executive coaching, mentoring, leadership and HR training and consulting services to corporate and individual clients. His specialist areas have been in HR and his coaching focus has primarily been in helping newly promoted executives to build their influence and impact. He also provides facilitation support for teams and leadership group events and workshops.
