Understanding and applying neuroscience in coaching

Neuroscience is a key discipline in human development. As such, it plays a crucial role in our understanding of change and human potential and behaviour. Over the past few years, it has become evident that coaching can benefit significantly from the knowledge emerging in neuroscience. As coaches, we can use our knowledge of the brain and its processes to support clients’ positive transformation and change.

This 1-hour discussion course will help coaches understand how the knowledge and understanding of neuroscience can support the impact a coach makes with a client.

The one-hour session explores briefly

  • Understanding the brain
  • Motivation, self-control and will power
  • Implication of neuroscience for coaching

This session is for you if you…

  • Are a coach, internal or external coach (if working within organisations)
  • Are ready to step up a level in your coaching practice
  • Want to learn different ways to support clients’ change and transformation
