Introduction to Group Coaching

Course description

This programme, run over 4 half days, is for anyone who is interested in developing their understanding of group coaching and how it can add value to their business and their clients.

The objectives of the programme are:

1) understand the principles of group coaching;

2) understand the impact of group dynamics;

3) applying coaching skills in a group context

The interactive four half days will introduce a variety of topics supported through practice. Topics covered during the programme include;

  • the difference between group and team coaching
  • characteristics of effective groups
  • group coaching applications
  • ways to coach groups
  • logistics of running a group coaching programme

Dr. Ana Paula Nacif
ACC, MAC, MSc (Coach.Psy)
Ana is an accredited coach, trainer and facilitator, with over seven years’ experience in design and delivery of training programmes in commercial, public and not-for-profit organisations. Ana provides training in management, leadership and coaching. She also provides facilitation support for teams and leadership group events and workshops. Ana’s areas of specialisation are wellbeing, leadership, management, personal development and career transition
