Sunday Supervision Group, ONLINE
Join our 1 hour Sunday supervision online, facilitated by our Programme Director Martin Hill. You may be recently qualified, worried you are de-skilling, lack support as an independent coach, using the same approaches and need to build your resilience, manage your wellbeing, grow your coaching skills and confidence. Coaching supervision is essential for all coaches, regardless of level of experience. High-quality coaching can’t be maintained by a coach acting in isolation.

Wellbeing Coaching, ONLINE
This  ILM Endorsed programme is held over 4 sessions of 3 hours each, with 1 hour of home-learning following each session, will help you empower clients to improve their health and quality of life using the knowledge, skills and confidence to make necessary lifestyle and behavioural changes.

Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme, ONLINE
This year long programme will develop your capability to act as a coach and mentor through completion of 5 workshop days, 18 hours of coaching or mentoring and 3 written pieces of assessed work.  The stimulating practical and theory-based work will enable you to work with any client to support their career development and enhance their skills.

Career Coaching, ONLINE
This  ILM Endorsed programme is held over 4 sessions of 3 hours each, that aims to use executive career coaching skills in the context of career issues. Learners will build on their skills and techniques to provide effective career coaching and counselling.

Level 5 Coaching and Mentoring Programme, North West, UK
This year-long programme will develop your capability to act as a coach and mentor through completion of 5 workshop days, 18 hours of coaching or mentoring and 3 written pieces of assessed work.  The stimulating practical and theory-based work will enable you to work with any client to support their career development and enhance their skills.

23, 24 & 25 November 2020
Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring Programme, ONLINE
This programme will develop your capability to act as an executive coach and mentor at the highest level. It takes around a year to complete the programme; with a total of 6 workshop days, 3 written pieces of assessed work and 20 hours of executive coaching or mentoring. The extensive practical and theory-based work will enable you to work with any client to develop their leadership skills and support their career development.

Run over 4 half-days, this is a course for anyone who wants a better understanding of the skills necessary to mentor others. It is ideal for those who wish to undertake effective mentoring in a range of situations, such as an organisation, the voluntary sector, teachers, community groups, parents etc.
