The OSKAR model is a coaching framework that stands for Outcome, Scaling, Know-how, Affirm and Action, and Review.

Here are 10 coaching questions based on the OSKAR model:

  • Outcome: What is your desired outcome for this coaching session?
  • Scaling: On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that you can achieve your desired outcome?
  • Know-how: What knowledge, skills, or resources do you have that can help you achieve your desired outcome?
  • Affirm: What strengths and positive qualities do you possess that can help you achieve your desired outcome?
  • Action: What specific actions will you take to move towards your desired outcome?
  • Outcome: What outcome would you like to achieve as a result of taking these actions?
  • Scaling: On a scale of 1 to 10, how confident are you that you can achieve this outcome?
  • Know-how: What knowledge, skills, or resources do you need to acquire to achieve this outcome?
  • Affirm: What strengths and positive qualities do you possess that can help you acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, or resources?
  • Review: What progress have you made towards your desired outcome, and what adjustments do you need to make to continue moving forward?
