Assignment

ILM Recognised – this requires completion of a written assignment (choose between a theory-based or practical-based assignment) after the 4 sessions. You would agree to a deadline with the Tutor and on successful completion of the assignment receive the ILM Recognised Coaching Skills for HR Professionals Certificate. This is a recognition/Certification and not a qualification.

In-House Coaching Skills Training for Organisations
