Join the British School of Coaching for a highly practical CPD workshop designed for coaches, coaching supervisors, leaders and professionals who want to strengthen and expand their face-to-face coaching practice.

In an increasingly digital world, the ability to create engaging, impactful and memorable in-person coaching experiences remains a powerful coaching skill. This interactive coaching CPD event will introduce practical coaching tools, experiential activities and creative coaching approaches that can deepen client insight, increase engagement and enhance the coaching relationship.

Led by Martin Hill, Programme Leader for the ILM Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring Qualifications and the ILM Level 7 Supervision Qualifications, this session combines practical learning, reflection, networking and peer coaching opportunities within a supportive professional environment.

What You Will Explore

Participants will have the opportunity to experience and practise a range of practical face-to-face coaching activities, including:

  • Using coaching image cards to stimulate reflection and insight
  • Scaling as a physical and kinaesthetic coaching activity
  • Introduction to systemic and constellation coaching approaches
  • Creative experiential coaching techniques to enhance engagement
  • Practical ways to make coaching conversations more impactful and memorable

Throughout the CPD workshop, participants will explore how experiential coaching methods can support deeper thinking, emotional awareness, perspective shifting and embodied learning within coaching conversations.
